A delivery report is the product

Anyone can accept a message. The difference is whether you can prove what happened to it afterwards, and whether the person who sold it to you will pick up when it fails.

We will tell you not to buy something

If Shopify fits better than a custom build, or your current SMS vendor is already priced well, we will say so. Losing a sale is cheaper than losing a reference.

History

How we got here

  1. 2014Started as a two-person SMS gateway reselling to Johor retailers.
  2. 2017Built our own telephony stack after one too many vendor outages.
  3. 2019POS launched with a Johor F&B chain as the first multi-outlet customer.
  4. 2021Onboarded as an official WhatsApp Business Solution partner.
  5. 2023E-commerce and integrations team formed to connect it all together.
  6. 2026900+ businesses running at least one channel with us.
