Acceptable use

You may not use our messaging or voice services to send unsolicited marketing to recipients who have not opted in, to impersonate another party, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend sending where a complaint rate or regulatory notice requires it.

Service levels

Availability targets, support response times and any service credits are set out in the order form or master services agreement signed with you. Figures shown on this website are indicative and do not form part of a contract.

Payment

Subscription fees are invoiced monthly in advance and usage charges in arrears, in Indian ringgit, subject to SST. Prepaid credits are non-transferable between accounts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts. Questions: hello@belsync.com.
